rockin’ doggie offers the following shipping options:
• United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) First-Class Mail
• UPS Second-Day Delivery
• UPS Next-Day Delivery
Custom Engraved Orders
rockin’ doggie is pleased to offer its customers the option to custom engrave many designs.
• Custom engraved orders are shipped within forty-eight hours of receiving and processing the order.
• It is our standard practice to ship custom engraved orders via United States Postal Service first-class mail unless another option is selected at the time the order is placed.
• Customers can track their order if UPS shipping is selected. A tracking number will be sent in the order confirmation e-mail.
APO/FPO Addresses
• Unfortunately, UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes of APO/FPO addresses.
• Because timely receipt of your order is important to us, please select USPS shipping if you are sending your rockin’ doggie order to a PO Box or APO/FPO address.
• You may also provide a physical street address as an alternative.

• Credit card authorization and verification
must be received prior to processing.
• All orders are shipped from California.
• As soon as your package ships, you will receive
an e-mail confirming shipment.
Return Policy
We appreciate that you and your pup chose rockin’ doggie. Its important to us that you love your order. If you choose to return your rockin’ doggie design, please note the following:
• All rockin’ doggie designs are guaranteed free from
manufacturer's defects.
• Special orders and custom engraved orders are not returnable except for manufacturer’s defects.
• If you are unhappy with your purchase it can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
• To return or exchange your rockin’ doggie design, please contact
our customer service department for authorization by calling (800) 518-8935 or e-mailing customerservice@rockindoggie.com.
