1. Do you ship out of the country?
We are only able to offer shipping to addresses located in the United States. Many of rockin’ doggie’s products are made of precious metal and many countries have custom restrictions in these product categories. However, our products are available through many international retailers. To see if the products are available in your country of origin, click here.

2. Do you have “send a gift” options?

3. If I buy a large quantity of an item is there an additional discount?

4. Are ALL rockin' doggie products really made in the U.S.A.?
Yes! All of our jewelry, pet tags and leather designs are handmade in our factory in Santa Ana, California.

5. Are special orders returnable?
Your special order was created just for you. Therefore, special order items are NOT returnable or exhangeable.

6. Can I engrave my pet tag?
Most of our pet tags are engraveable on the back. The space to engrave may vary, since tags are available in different sizes. For more information on engraving, please contact us.

8. What is your return policy?
We appreciate you choosing rockin' doggie and want you to love your order. We gladly accept returns, so if you need to return an item, please note the following:

  • All rockin' doggie product are guaranteed free from manufacturer's defects.
  • If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, it may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
  • Special orders are not returnable.
  • To return or exchange your gift selection, please contact our customer service department for authorization at 800-518-8935.

10. My Sterling Silver is tarnishing. Is this normal?
Occassionally, you may find that after a few days of wear, a black film called tarnish will appear on your sterling silver design. Tarnish is the result of a natural reaction to sterling silver and is produced by sulfurix oxide in the atmosphere and/or by certain foods or body salts. Generally, continued wear will cause the tarnish to disappear in a few weeks. Otherwise, it can be removed with the polishing cloth. Genuine sterling silver will tarnish over time and needs to be cleaned with a polishing cloth, or professionally, to keep it looking shiny. Sterling silver designs can be easily cared for using a soft toothbrush, mild liquid dish soap and water. Harsh commercial cleaners can damage fine jewelry and should not be used.

If tarnish does appear, simply polish it with the specially treated cloth that is included in the bottom of your jewelry box. This tarnish is an indication of the metal’s purity and the fact that Bob Siemon Designs sterling silver is not plated with additional additives.
